Our Brand Rep Program is designed to be flexible, rewarding, and rooted in authenticity. We believe the most meaningful growth comes from genuine connection—not pressure-based sales. Brand Reps share our handmade bath, body, and wellness products in a way that feels natural, honest, and aligned with our mission.

Brand Reps should genuinely love and feel connected to our handmade products and brand mission. Alignment with our values, commitment to quality ingredients, and appreciation for small-batch craftsmanship are essential. Authentic enthusiasm is what makes this program successful.
No Sales Pressure
There are no minimum monthly sales requirements. Share at your own pace in a way that feels comfortable and sustainable. Consistency and sincerity matter far more than numbers.

Content Expectations
Reps are encouraged to share content regularly in a natural, relatable way. This may include:

Content does not need to be overly polished or sales-focused. Honest, real sharing resonates best.
All content must be truthful and responsible. Medical or exaggerated claims are not permitted, and products should never be described as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing conditions.
Active Participation
While there are no purchase or sales minimums, Brand Reps are expected to remain active through sharing, selling, or personal use as they are able. Inventory is not required, but firsthand experience with products is strongly encouraged.
Rep discounts and links are intended for active participation. Accounts used solely for personal discounts without engagement may be discontinued.
Commission & Bonuses
Brand Reps earn 25% commission on all sales made through their personal link.

Payouts are issued at the beginning of the following month and may be received via:

Referral Bonus
Refer a new applicant who applies and is accepted into the program and receive a $50 referral bonus as our thank-you.
Professional Conduct
Brand Reps are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with customers and fellow reps. Behavior that misrepresents the brand or harms its integrity may result in removal from the program.
Reps should confidently answer routine customer questions and limit repetitive inquiries. Customer service questions are handled by our support team, and communication is respected within normal business hours.
Handmade Product Expectations
Our products are handmade in small batches, which means natural variations in color, texture, weight, and scent may occur. These variations are normal and part of the beauty of handmade goods.
If a product is truly unsellable (such as spoiled or significantly underfilled), it will be replaced or refunded. Normal handmade variation is not considered a defect.
Returns & Replacements
Refund requests must be submitted within three weeks of delivery and approved prior to return. Products that remain unsold for extended periods are not eligible for refunds. Replacements may be offered for products that go bad within one year, at the company’s discretion.
Pop-Up Shops
Pop-up shops are encouraged as a way to introduce products to new audiences. Hostess rewards are provided at no cost to the rep. Any additional giveaways or prizes are the responsibility of the rep, including purchase and shipping. Marketing materials are available for purchase.
Independent Contractor Status
Brand Reps participate as independent contractors and are responsible for their own tax reporting. Sales and commission reports for the previous two months are available through the rep dashboard.
Policy & Compliance
Brand Reps must follow all brand guidelines, FTC disclosure requirements, and applicable platform policies. The company reserves the right to update program policies or discontinue rep accounts to protect the integrity of the brand.

Do I need to meet a sales minimum each month?
No. There are no minimum sales requirements. Brand Reps are encouraged to share at their own pace in a way that feels natural and sustainable. Authentic engagement matters more than numbers.
Do I need to carry inventory?
No inventory is required to participate. However, firsthand experience with the products is strongly encouraged so you can share authentically from personal use.
Is this program commission-based?
Yes. Brand Reps earn 25% commission on all sales made through their personal referral link, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission payouts are issued at the beginning of the following month. Reps may choose to be paid via check, PayPal, or store credit toward a future purchase. All sales—whether placed by you or your customers—are credited to the following month’s payout.
Are there bonus opportunities?
Yes. In addition to commission, Brand Reps may earn:

Yes. Brand Reps may not make medical, therapeutic, or exaggerated claims. Products should never be described as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any condition. All messaging must be truthful and responsible.
Do I need to post every day?
No. There is no posting requirement. Reps are simply expected to remain active through sharing, selling, or personal use as they are able.
Can I join just for the discount?
No. The Brand Rep Program is intended for active participation. Accounts used solely for personal discounts without ongoing engagement may be discontinued.
Who do I contact if I have questions?
Customer-related questions, orders, or concerns should be directed to our customer service team. Questions regarding commission payouts are handled separately. Communication is responded to during normal business hours, and urgent matters should be clearly marked.
